• The content of messages you send to our Facebook Page
• Your name and contact information provided to us or our clients for billing purposes
• Your billing records including amounts and due dates as provided by our clients

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Send you billing reminders and payment notifications via Facebook Messenger
• Respond to your inquiries about your account balance or billing status
• Allow our clients (businesses) to manage their customer billing records

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is only shared with:

• The business client who manages your billing account and has engaged our service
• Facebook, as required to deliver messages through the Messenger platform, subject to Facebook's own Privacy Policy

Your information is retained for as long as you have an active billing relationship with our client. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the business that manages your account, or by contacting us directly.

5. Facebook Messenger

Our service operates through the Facebook Messenger Platform. Your interactions are also subject to Facebook's Privacy Policy. We only use your Messenger information to deliver billing-related messages and do not use it for advertising or any other purpose.

You have the right to:
