These Terms of Service govern your use of the PayNotify Solutions billing reminder platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Description of Service

PayNotify Solutions is an automated billing reminder and customer management system. It allows business clients to send payment reminders to their customers via Facebook Messenger, track bill due dates, and manage billing records through a web dashboard.

PayNotify Solutions does not:

• Process, collect, hold, or transfer any payments
• Guarantee that customers will pay their bills
• Act as a financial institution, lending intermediary, or collection agency

2. Client Responsibilities

As a business client using PayNotify Solutions, you agree to:

• Obtain consent — get proper consent from your customers before sending them Messenger reminders through our platform
• Ensure accuracy — provide accurate and truthful billing information; do not enter false amounts, fake due dates, or misleading charges
• Protect your credentials — keep your username and password confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account
• Comply with applicable law — follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, Facebook's Platform Policies, and all relevant laws and regulations
• Use the platform professionally — send reminders only in connection with legitimate, agreed-upon billing obligations

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use PayNotify Solutions to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, publicly shame, or psychologically pressure customers
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages unrelated to billing
• Engage in unlawful debt collection practices under Philippine law
• Enter misleading, fraudulent, or inflated billing amounts
• Impersonate another business, person, or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for any abusive, malicious, or illegal purpose

4. Customer Consent

It is your sole responsibility as a client to ensure that your customers have agreed to receive billing reminders via Facebook Messenger. You must not add customers to the system without a legitimate billing relationship and their knowledge. PayNotify Solutions is not responsible for any privacy complaints or legal claims arising from messages sent without proper consent.

5. No Payment Processing

PayNotify Solutions is a reminder tool only. We do not process, receive, hold, or transfer money on behalf of any party. All payment arrangements, collections, and disputes are solely between you (the client) and your customers. We are not liable for any unpaid bills, payment disputes, or financial losses.

6. Plan Limits and Upgrades

Each subscription plan includes a customer limit:

• Starter — up to 20 customers
• Pro — up to 100 customers
• Business — unlimited customers

You may not exceed your plan's customer limit. To add more customers, you must upgrade your plan. Contact us via Messenger to upgrade.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

PayNotify Solutions reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Uses the platform for harassment, threats, or abusive messaging
• Misuses the Facebook Messenger Platform in violation of Meta's policies
• Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity

Clients may cancel their account at any time by contacting us via Messenger.

8. Facebook Platform

This Service uses the Facebook Messenger Platform. Use of the Service is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Facebook's Platform Policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle all personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PayNotify Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to unpaid debts, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the month the claim arose.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
