These Terms of Service govern your use of the PayNotify Solutions billing reminder service ("Service"). By using this Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

PayNotify Solutions is a billing reminder and customer management system that allows businesses to send automated payment reminders to their customers via Facebook Messenger. The Service is provided to business clients who manage their own customer billing records.

2. Use of the Service

Our business clients agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful billing and payment reminder purposes
• Obtain proper consent from their customers before sending messages via Messenger
• Provide accurate billing information and not use the Service to send misleading or fraudulent messages
• Comply with Facebook's Platform Policies and Messenger guidelines
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages unrelated to billing
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

4. Account Responsibilities

Each business client is responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under their account
• Keeping their password secure and confidential
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
• The accuracy of customer data entered into the system

5. Facebook Platform

This Service uses the Facebook Messenger Platform. Use of the Service is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Facebook's Platform Policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in abusive behavior, or misuses the Facebook Messenger Platform. Clients may cancel their account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayNotify Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost business, lost revenue, or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
